    FITA MOR WAS MY FAVOURITE HAUNT BECAUSE WE (THE SMALES FAMILY STAYED IN L105 WHICH WAS JUST BEHIND HIS SHOP AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL TO MY FAMILY, WE STAYED BESIDE THE PAL HOUSE (THEY WERE THREE BROTHERS kRISHNA, DILIP AND ASHOK I WONDER IF ANY ONE OF THEM ARE STILL IN ADRA, THEY WERE VERY CLEVER BOYS AND HARDOWRKING TOO I WOULD LIKE TO GET INTOUCH WITH ANY ONE OF THEM.

    The pal brothers used to stay near jothi mor or near L105 quarters I think they moved little further down but never ever kept in touch so would not know where they would be but krishna always visited jothi mor, please somebody can you try and get into with them.

    My father worked for the Railways for many many years and he was know by the name of bunny shab (MR Smales) at the moment I am in the Uk I am his daughter and I live with my husband the two children. Adra is a place I will never ever forget it has many memories. I would like to get in touch with my neighbours if they are still in adra, they the the Pal brothers, one was Byom (known as Krishna or Dilip they were very good neighbours.

    I live at adra,it is my birth place,there is many lovely sights in my adra,here have a food corporation godown which is second largest in Asia,it is famous for Mohunpura projected forest and Saheb Bandh,the dam,which deliver water for Adra & it suburburn area.Adra is a South Eastern Railway's Headquarter, the Divisional Railway Manager's Office,where is my working place.I invite the Indians to Adra once and its neighbour village.Contact me over 0943454760

    hi joysree I was also a student in MMEM school and then it was converted in to Kendriya Vidyalaya in the year 1981. I was in KV Adra till 1986. I am out of Adra since a decade. Just to share, before that I was in Nursery School called as Brato School and Ms. Brato was HM at that time. Ms. Lobo was in MMEM. Do you remember her whistle?
